Everyone likes to hate on Zoo Culture for being small and lack of equipment but It’s probably my favorite gym i’ve been to. It has pretty much everything you could possibly need other than tons of cardio machines. What i’ve realized is no one is there to judge and stare you down everyone is in there for the same goal of creating content and getting better each day.

Had fun yesterday deadlifting. Worked my way up to a 405 single but I also set a reachable goal which is 500 by the start of May. Nothing like getting after it on the weekend🤟🏼😎

I don’t really believe in New Years resolutions… If you have a goal and it’s important to you, you didn’t have to wait until today to start chasing it.

Crazy to look back on the memories i’ve made from this year. Thankful for all the people i’ve met and spent it with🤟🏼

Holiday season but it doesn’t mean you can slack off…

I haven’t been posting because i’ve been trying to put on some size so you know how that is… You get a little puffy and lose the abs 😂… here we are baby sitting at 187. Goal is to hit 195

Bulk is coming along pretty nice. Weighed in at 190 last night and feeling way stronger all around. Even in the third leg.

ps. lighting and angles matter A TON.

I thought bulking would be easier than cutting. Bulking is definitely way harder than cutting coming from an endurance athlete.
