Hello friends - here are a few pictures of another 2-story ADU that we are currently building in the rear of a property near LAX (I suggested triple-pane windows, but the owners say they are used to the airplanes). Just under 1100 square feet, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a master walk-in closet, lower level open floor plan, 3.5 ton HVAC, tons of natural light! We started this build 7 weeks ago and are ready for waterproofing, stucco, insulation and drywall!

One of six ADU's that we are currently building. This build started just three weeks ago here in the San Fernando Valley.
