Saturday we held a sign making class that raised $175 to go towards landscaping next spring around our splash pad! Thank you, Jo Sunnes and everyone that participated!

Prizes are as follows:

1st Prize $50 Bridgebucks

3rd Prize $20 Bridgebucks

Looks like the weather is going to work in our favor this evening! Gather up your chairs and blankets and join us at the park tonight for a showing of Casper!!! 🎬 The concession will be closed so bring your favorite movie snacks and drinks! We will start the movie around sunset!🎃🌌🍫🥤🍿

Price information below with tax included!!! This is what must be paid to order a project. Extras like foliage and ribbon can be paid for the day of the event!😁

🎄🎨FRIDAY IS THE LAST DAY TO GET YOUR PROJECT ORDERED!!! You can complete your project at the hall OR take it home and make it! All projects come as blank boards that you get to paint and assemble yourself to make it uniquely yours!!

❗📢As Fall temperatures start to set in, we would like to announce that this weekend (9/17-9/19) will be the last days this year to enjoy splash pad! The splash pad will be shut down for the season on SEPTEMBER 20TH, 2021. Please check out the upcoming fundraisers and join us if you can! Keep an eye on this page for opening information in the Spring!! THANKS TO EVERYONE for making our splash pad a success!!📢❗

Water to the splash pad will be shut off temporarily today to make a repair in town. Hopefully it won't take long and everything will be back running. We will update as soon as we know more. Sorry for any inconvenience!

To reserve a shelter at the park, including the shelter by the splash pad, you need to call the City Clerk's office at 641-393-2543. Cost to reserve a shelter is $25. The calendar is filling up quickly! You may not reserve a shelter without calling as they may already be reserved. Thank you to all who have been coming to use our beautiful park and splah pad this summer!
*The splash pad, itself, will not be rented out to private parties.

Quick update for you all: rebar is in and electrical inspection has passed! Guess what comes next week...CONCRETE! 🥳

We need to say a huge "thank you" to Dave Ewy, Dennis O'Brien and Nick Dockendorf for getting this unloaded and home to the park. It wasn't easy! 🙃

The can drive today was a huge success. We ended up with 2+ full trailers of cans! Thank you to everyone that donated and to all of the help we had this morning! We were steady busy for almost 4 straight hours.
