CASA of Cecil County is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children in foster care.

Our Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are trained volunteers who provide a voice for these vulnerable children, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected. In addition to our CASA program, we also offer the Cecil County Mentors program, providing guidance and support to youth in our community. Together, we're working to create a brighter future for every child in Cecil County. Join us in making a difference today!

πŸ’™ June is National Reunification Month πŸ’™

This month, CASA of Cecil County celebrates the families, children, and professionals who work together to achieve safe and successful family reunification.

When families receive the support they need, children have the opportunity to grow and thrive with those who know and love them best. Reunification is a journey of hope, healing, and resilience, and every success story is worth celebrating.

When boys are supported, they thrive.

This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we want every young person to know:

It’s okay for boys to cry.
It’s okay for boys to feel overwhelmed.
It’s okay for boys to talk about their feelings.
It’s okay for boys to ask for help.
It’s okay for boys to not be okay sometimes.

Too often, youth feel pressure to stay silent about what they’re going through. But emotional support, connection, and trusted adults can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

At CASA of Cecil County, we believe every child deserves to feel heard, supported, and never alone.

🏴✨ **Scottish Games Recap** ✨🏴

What a fun day at the Scottish Games! We loved spending time in the community, meeting new faces, and sharing more about CASA and the work we do. Our kiddie table brought lots of smiles and kept little hands busy all day long. πŸ’š

We also want to give a huge shoutout to our volunteers who helped at the event. Thank you for showing up, jumping in where needed, and helping us create such a welcoming space for everyone who stopped by!
