Penny and Millie are two sweet, older dogs in Kendallville, IN, looking for loving new homes either together or separately. Because their owner can no longer care for them due to advancing age, these well-mannered companions are ready to bring joy to a new family. They do not need to be adopted as a pair.

Penny: Dalmatian Mix (11 Years Old)

Millie: Puggle (10 Years Old)

URGENTLY Looking for Foster(s) to Adopt two female Cocker Spaniels. Retired breeders. One buff colored, age 3.5 years with blue eyes; 20 #. Seems friendly, following human around. Black/merle female, age 2.5 years; 20 #. She has a heart murmur. More independent in personality.
These two dogs remain with the breeder because we don't have openings for them. No need to be kept together.
We are looking for Fosters to Adopt (foster now, adoption becomes official after vet care is completed) in order to get them into homes as soon as possible.

ADOPTED!! "Missy" was found in Cromwell, Indiana, flea-covered and matted. Her coat is still growing back from being de-matted but she will look beautiful in the future! Light amber eyes and about 7 lbs., spayed and microchipped. She loves to give kisses, likes the outdoors/exploring/daily walks and is pretty good at listening to voice commands. Missy is calm, not too playful, likes to keep her human in sight. She needs continued work on house training. Her happy place is the bed, but she's good in a crate also. Neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots. •• Cats include calico, merle, b&w, all black. Most of cats are fixed, 1-2 years old and received rabies shots. Good with kids and dogs. ADOPTED!! Meet little Patty Cake, so named because she frequently stands on hind legs and "begs" with her front paws, as if she were playing "Patty Cake." This happy little girl is 5 years old, a retired breeder. Patty is crate trained and doing well on house breaking but will need continued positive training. Because of her size and past life of breeding, we recommend a household with no young children (under age 10). She is not yet comfortable walking on a leash, so a fenced yard is needed. Patty Cake doesn't understand yet how to play with toys, so a well-adjusted dog in the home would be helpful to her development. She is good with other dogs. Patty Cake is fully vetted, including a fresh dental cleaning. Her adoption fee is $400. ADOPTED! Meet Sophie, a 5-1/2 year old Schnauzer Poodle mix with unusual coloring for the breed; she is white with tan ears and a few tan spots. She is described by her foster mom as “easy to care for” but VERY active, so Sophie’s forever home MUST have a fenced yard and someone to play with—maybe kids older than 8 or even another playful canine friend. She loves to play with other dogs, does well on a long leash. She is crate trained, house trained and knows basic commands. Because of her breed mix, she will need to be groomed regularly.
