(And honestly we're kinda excited to see a them go, always nice have a few less to water!)

We spent the last few days worrying about the weather and how we can advise you to keep plants safe until it warms up.

Then we got this fun surprise this afternoon. I’m sure in 25 years we have seen this crazy kind of start to our season before but we’ve conveniently blocked them from our memories. This too shall pass!

Most importantly, thank you to all of our awesome customers! Whether you’ve shopped with us for 25 years or this is your first year, we appreciate you!

PSA: Due to the crazy cold MN spring we are having you need to be extra careful with your plants. We have not been able to acclimate these babies in the elements like we normally do. If you plan to come and shop tomorrow (or in the near future) we highly, highly recommend bringing towels, blankets or sheets to protect them once they leave the greenhouse. Even a short wagon trip to the checkout isn't a good idea.

Does your house need a little Spring? Or maybe your Easter table needs a centerpiece? You're in luck! We've got 8" Pansy baskets and pots that are $14.00/each, as well as pansy flats $2.25/box or $25.00/flat.

Since we are not open yet please call 763-441-2519 or message to order and pick up on either 4/15 or 4/16. Please know the greenhouses will not be open these are pansy pick up only days.

It's pruning day, looking into the bucket of trimmings is such a pretty way to see our progress.

Coleus, coleus and more coleus!

Check out the hanging baskets just hanging around growing big! It's always fun to watch them slowly reach the edge and then start spilling over. Stay tuned, it happens quickly.

We trim the buds this time of year to prevent flowering so that the plants grow stronger, but every once in a while one sneaks past us. Always a nice reminder that Spring is coming!

Here's proof, our terra cotta geranium pots do start out small! We often hear these are a favorite because they are easy (no planting required), affordable, and look beautiful at your home. Just add water and fertilizer and these beauties will last all Summer!

Our tables are starting to fill up. It won't be long before the plants get so big we can't see the pots!

The empty pots are quickly getting filled by tiny plants that need to grow, grow, grow!
