This picture is as honest a selfie as you will ever see because I took it once and just hoped nobody noticed🤣. I come here 3 or 4 times a year to buy hair products for my daughter and every time I wonder what my teenage self found so exciting about this place. It’s loud and expensive and holds none of the charm of a Main Street. Do you love the mall? Help me understand why!!

My family is on a much needed spring break getaway and I am beyond thankful for Andrea, who is holding down the shop this week!! We do have slightly modified hours this week because most of our team is spring breaking with their families❤️. We do this because it’s one small thing we can do to help limit our family’s wastefulness, it’s our vote against overproduction, unsustainable production, and unfair wages for the humans on the production end of the garment industry.

ALSO…can I just tell you the sticker shock that I feel when we purchase things from traditional retailers🤯. I recently had to take one of my teenage sons for pants that would fit him at American Eagle. We left with three pairs of pants and were $140 poorer. And those pants were on sale…heaven help.

One of the goals of our little shop is to provide you with a beautiful shopping experience and also have you walking out feeling like you got a huge bang for your buck.
