We 💛 Kelly!!!

Every other Tuesday we will be celebrating one of our remarkable team members and their current favorite book! The focus of this Team Tuesday is our resident bundle of joy (and jack of all trades at the Library), Kelly!

Kelly's current favorite book is 𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘶 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 by Taylor Jenkins Reid, a book that she read this past January and described as "the perfect time for a Californian story filled with surfing, family drama, and well developed characters. Just plain enjoyable!"

Not only was 𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘶 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 enjoyable but it also left quite the impact on Kelly: "The very last phrase in the book says it all for me...'But she would understand that it was one fire, in a long line of fires in Malibu since the dawn of time. It had brought destruction. It would also bring renewal, rising from the ashes. The story of fire.'"
