We reframed the old vertical painted plywood soffit to a square vinyl soffit and applied new aluminum pvc fascia boards!!

We went to replace one peice of siding and ran into a world of water damage/rotten plywood and structural damage. From the deck to the roof of a elevator shaft 2x6 wall plywooded inside and out. We removed and reinstalled the vinyl siding and replaced the damaged framing and sheathing i&w from the deck up, bent a custom aluminum corner to go from the deck to the soffit. Rain diverter installed and some extra flashing in trouble spot we went all out to keep this home leak free!!

Its been a while since ive took time to post pictures.
We extended 3 4ft closet openings to 5 ft. Reframed, New trim, installed the new loover style bifold doors and painted. Also ran chair railing backer in 2 bathrooms and installed towel racks and toilet paper holders. Then finished the week helping a friend finish siding a house. The last roofer forgot to step flash this little gable. We had to cut out the overhang and a "little makeshift" wall that covered the old step flashing that they butted their shingles to.
