Vivify Beauty Lab

One of my client’s biggest concerns was retaining weight and not understanding why her body felt stuck.

During her session, I noticed significant congestion in her upper abdomen and around the liver area which, emotionally, is often connected to stress, frustration, and stored anger. Sometimes the body isn’t resisting weight loss… it’s holding onto tension, inflammation, emotion, and survival mode.

According to her health band, you can actually see the stress levels dip during our session together. 🤍

For this session, we combined wood therapy, sound frequency, and reflexology to help calm the nervous system and support lymphatic flow. This “de-stress” approach is often the first step because the body has to feel safe enough to soften before it can truly release.

The Vivify Method™ is rooted in the belief that transformation happens when the body feels supported, regulated, and safe enough to let go. ✨
