Happy Juneteeth

God Sunday Morning Family and Friends, Dear God, please give me wisdom about the friendships I develop here on Earth. Allow me to minister to others, but protect me from becoming joined together with unbelievers. Help me to avoid any influences that turn me away from you. May I live my life filled with your light so that those living in darkness do not even try to pull me away from you, O Lord. In Jesus' name, Amen.

God Sunday Morning Family and Friends, Let me not envy the spiritual gift of another member of your Body, Lord. How comical and foolish for the foot to envy the hand, the eye or the nose! How foolish for one part of the body to say it has no need of another part! I thank you, Lord, that You gave the Church the gifts it needs to grow and live for You, and I thank You for the spiritual gifts of others that I have benefited from. Amen.

You, Lord, have called Your servants to many different callings. Some You have given the privilege to be pastors, missionaries, evangelists, and other full-time Christian workers. It is only right that we who benefit from their ministry should be willing to support them financially as we are able. And let us be willing to give for the sake of others who may hear their Biblical message as well. Amen.
