El Paso Children's Garden, breaking ground soon.... 🌱
Yesterday, our board members, Daisy J Godfrey and Margie Parra-Juchem had the opportunity to meet with Dennece Knight, founder of El Paso Children's Garden, along with our partner-friend Priscilla Estrello that connected us. 🫶
The presentation and vision for the future El Paso Botanical Garden, left us feeling truly inspired and quite speechless!
Daisy's words, "Its going to be like nature's Six Flags here in El Paso, with so much colorful beauty and art."
Features include:
7 path labyrinth
32 themed gardens (yes, 32 🤯)
10 event venues
Seeing the passion and purpose being poured into this project was amazing! The vision that is coming to life has the potential to become something truly special for our city, a place filled with beauty, peace, art, education, connection, and growth right here in our El Paso desert.
From a RelentlessIQ perspective, we immediately saw the impact a space like this could have on our differently-abled members and families across our community.
Gardens and artistic outdoor spaces create opportunities for sensory engagement, emotional wellness, social connection, relaxation, creativity, volunteering, jobs, and community inclusion.
Spaces like this can become safe and welcoming environments where individuals of all abilities can explore, learn, connect, and simply enjoy the beauty around them.
As a community, this is way more than a garden, it is an opportunity to create something meaningful that brings people together, encourages wellness, inspires creativity, and gives El Paso another reason to be proud of who we are and where we are headed.
We fully support this vision and absolutely see the opportunity and positive impact it can bring for generations to come.
Watching a dream begin to turn into reality is an amazing thing, and we are excited to see this vision continue coming to life. 🌱🌵✨
I encourage you to check out their website and be ready to be blown away: www.elpasochildrensgarden.org.
Ways to help: community letters of support, donations, sponsors for their projects.

A Filtering Fun Weekend! 📷
Our Relentless parent-volunteers and members showed up doing parking lot shift work for the BTS concert!
We truly count it as a blessing to be able to put in the work to build the legacy we envision, not just in our minds, but deep in our hearts. 💙
Huge thank you to Dr. Bagg for offering us this fundraising opportunity. We were honored to serve, help take a little stress off concert attendants by keeping parking flowing smoothly, and be a small part of such a big event.
Win-win all around, and a reminder that when we come together, there’s nothing we can’t do.
No job is too big or too small here for us at RelentlessIQ 💪
