đ§ŞâĄď¸đ From the lab bench to the boardroom.
Not every healthcare career follows a traditional path. In this weekâs Healthspark episode, Simar Sharma shares how she went from bioengineering research to helping biopharma companies navigate the complex realities of getting new therapies to patients.
One of my favorite parts of this conversation was hearing how experiences outside the classroomâincluding case competitions, networking, and curiosity-driven learningâhelped shape her career.
If youâre a student, early-career professional, or anyone wondering what healthcare careers beyond direct patient care can look like, this episode is for you.

Rural communities have always been centers of resilience, innovation, and connection.
As healthcare continues to evolve, we have an opportunity to reimagine how care is delivered, how partnerships are formed, and how we support the unique needs of rural populations. The most impactful solutions will come from collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to improving health where people live and work.
Looking forward to engaging with leaders who are driving meaningful change and helping shape whatâs next for rural healthcare.
