My heart is also with my Daddy, whom I miss so very much. He was a singer, and I smile thinking that he is now singing in heaven. Though I miss his voice, his love, wisdom, and the lessons he taught me remain with me every day.

Daddy, thank you for everything you gave me and everything you taught me. I miss you more than words can say, and I carry your love in my heart always.🕊️

En este día también recuerdo con mucho amor a mi papá, a quien extraño profundamente. Mi padre era cantante, y me gusta pensar que ahora está cantando en el cielo. Aunque extraño su voz, sus enseñanzas, su amor y su ejemplo siguen acompañándome cada día.

What an incredible evening at our Night Market! 🇲🇽⚽🎶

Yesterday we were proud to welcome thousands of residents and people from cities from across the county, to cheer on Mexico’s World Cup group stage victory, enjoy great food, support local vendors, and celebrate with an unforgettable performance by Banda Machos!

What made the night truly special was seeing our community come together. Neighbors reconnecting, families gathering, and even childhood friends running into one another reminded us of what makes our city so special.

CommUNITY, that’s what our city is all about. People from all walks of life coming together for a common purpose: celebrating our shared culture, supporting one another, and creating memories that strengthen the bonds of our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success. Nights like these remind us that when we come together, our city shines its brightest. ❤️🌟🔆⭐️✨

¡Qué noche tan increíble vivimos en nuestro Mercado Nocturno! 🇲🇽⚽🎶

Ayer tuvimos el orgullo de dar la bienvenida a miles de residentes y visitantes de ciudades de todo el condado para apoyar la victoria de México en la fase de grupos de la Copa del Mundo, disfrutar de excelente comida, apoyar a nuestros vendedores locales y celebrar con una presentación inolvidable de Banda Machos!

Lo que hizo que la noche verdaderamente fuera especial fue ver a nuestra comunidad unida. Ver a vecinos reencontrarse, familias reunirse e incluso amigos de la infancia encontrarse por casualidad nos recordó lo que hace tan especial a nuestra ciudad.

ComUNIDAD, de eso se trata nuestra ciudad. Personas de todos los ámbitos de la vida uniéndose con un propósito común: celebrar nuestra cultura compartida, apoyarnos mutuamente y crear recuerdos que fortalecen los lazos de nuestra comunidad.

It was an honor to attend SPIRITT Family Services’ 2nd Annual Blooming Minds event and stand alongside Executive Director, Elvia Torres, whose leadership continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families throughout our community.

SPIRITT’s commitment to cultivating hope, healing, and brighter futures is truly inspiring. Events like this remind us of the importance of supporting mental health and strengthening families. Together, we can continue building a healthier, more connected, and compassionate community for generations to come.

It was a joy to return to my alma mater and celebrate this special milestone. Gidley holds many wonderful memories for me, and I am incredibly proud of these students as they will soon begin their high school journey.

A special thank you to Herald Christian Health Center, one of our District 3 nonprofit partners, for being present and sharing valuable resources to our residents. Events like these showcase the power of collaboration and community engagement in strengthening our neighborhoods and supporting the well-being of our community.

Renovations are underway, and a brand-new playground is coming soon for our children to enjoy.

This morning, I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at one of our community’s favorite local gems, Annia’s Kitchen. Supporting our small businesses is one of the best ways we can invest in the heart of our community.

This morning, I enjoyed breakfast with Raymond and his mother, participants in the El Monte Police Department’s TORCH Program. Hearing Raymond share how the program has positively impacted his life was truly inspiring.

Today, we celebrated the graduation of TORCH Class #51. Our youth are our future leaders, and supporting their growth and success matters.
