IT’S A BUSY DAY ON THE HOMESTEAD…
MENDING WELL-WORN CLOTHES, WORKING ON A PILLOW FOR A LOVELY GRANDDAUGHTER, AND HARVESTING ROSEMARY FROM THE GREENHOUSE HERB GARDEN FOR TINCURES, TEAS, AND CULINARY DELIGHTS… 🤗

This is the biggest radish I’ve ever grown. Wasn’t sure it was a radish until I cut the end off and tasted it. Yes it is very spicy.

35 degrees outside, but the roses are in a 65 degrees greenhouse. Peppers, tomatoes, basil, lettuce and lots more are also producing well. We have figs on the fig tree and limes on the lime trees. Orange trees, lemon trees, bay laurel tree all are growing and hibiscus bushes are blooming. A couple more months and seedlings will be starting. Looking forward to a new time and a season.

HERBS... WONDERFUL HERBS!

NO FAMINE HERE AT WELLS FAMILY GARDENS... GREEN IS OUR FAVORITE COLOR!
Thank you all for supporting us at Wells Family Gardens. It is with a sad heart that I must inform you of our temporary closing. We have some family issues that prohibit us from maintaining the quality of products we offer. While we are closed we will be expanding our germination room for the next season. I pray the best for all our loyal customers and hope to see you next season. We will offer jams and jellies and some planters very soon.
Thank you once again.
Bobby & Susie Wells

Oregano and rosemary, anyone need some fresh herbs?

I have a HUGE rosemary plant. It is 2 1/2’ tall, 4’ wide and 5’ long. Great flavor and ready to cut. It can’t get any fresher than this. Anyone needing fresh Rosemary?

One of the very best spiced apple jellies I’ve made yet. Clove, cinnamon, and a touch of tongue tingling heat, makes this a delightful addition to your condiments collection.

Greetings! I’m the Prettier Half of Wells Family Gardens... Bobby does all of the work, and I get the pleasure of being his official Taste Tester when he’s making his Pepper Jams... He just made a new batch today of the Medium Heat variety. It’s THE BEST tasting jam he’s made yet! He finally took my spoon away... He said he needed some left to sell!
P.S. The whipped cream was to tame the 🔥 on my tongue! Oooo Baby!

Baby it’s cold outside but it’s hot in the kitchen. Made another fresh batch of pepper jam. This batch has a sweet mild pepper flavor. It’s good on wings, great as a glazing on pork and awesome as peanut butter and jam. Put it on cream cheese with crackers. The uses are abundant. 8oz jars $7.00 while pint jars are $13.00. Give us a call at 8162690891. Hope to hear from you soon. For those that are in other states, we can ship it to you. Just text, call or pm me for information.

Pecan smoked and dried Poblano peppers.

If you’re looking for some heat, I have peppers galore. From Poblanos, Pumas (300k-400k), Chili’s, Habaneros, Ghost peppers and more, fresh or dehydrated. All are available. Call, text or message me for your order.

We’ve been hard at work making pepper jams. Some are a mild flavor, while others have a Smokey flavor with an after burn. Tried to label the heat. All are great with cream cheese and crackers, on bread with peanut butter, or as a glazing on your choice of ribs.
