When life starts going well, we unconsciously find a way to slow ourselves down.
We overwork, get distracted, create conflict, or doubt ourselves
— not because we’re broken, but because our nervous system is protecting us from “too much” change.
This is called your Upper Limit. And awareness is the first step to freedom.
Try this today:
When something good happens, pause and ask yourself:
• What am I feeling in my body?
• Am I leaning in or pulling back?
• What belief might be running the show?
Growth begins with noticing, not fixing. 🌱
