Opening night of BRUCE was one for the history books. LITTERALLY. Opening night show had to be cancelled due to an injury the night before on stage… but it didn’t stop donors from coming together and celebrating the end of a very hard but rewarding season. With ALLLLLL the sharks!

9 months of hard planning to pull off an epic and first of its kind live/in person gala and a live/virtual gala simultaneously. It was beautiful, it was inspiring, and we raised over $1 million. Not to mention the joy everyone felt just being back on the Bagley stage together. Until next year, Seattle Rep! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such an important evening.

It’s coming… t minus 2 weeks until REVEL AND RAISE and we are very BUSY getting prepped and ready for their first in-person gala in three years.

The sheer joy of being able to post this sneak peek is truly unexplainable. The SRT gala is BACK!! And tonight is our tasting and mock up! This is the first time we have been able to plan and in person event for this wonderful theater in 2 YEARS!! And the joy is overwhelming! Can’t wait to share more…

Hello all... it’s been a long time since I was able to even post anything on this account. My business is about bringing joy and beauty to large groups of people who gather together to celebrate, revel, and engage. The fact that my job as I knew it is now technically illegal... my heart has been heavy and feels a bit broken and very uncertain. But yesterday... I gathered with 4 beautiful, intelligent, strong woman to celebrate two mommas to BEEEE. It was the best 4 hours I have had since March. Plus I got to do what I love the most and plan, design, craft, and create in honor of these ladies. We gathered safely, distanced, but loved.

One year ago we raised over $1 million dollars with Seattle Rep theater. So sad that this years EPIC gala did not get to take place. And it worries us with all that is happening... where will the arts come out when we are done? I hope that it preservers and people realize how much it is needed and valued. Mostly... I miss my people. All of them. @ Seattle Rep

Today is the day. Or would have been! So in honor of I want to show you all what should have been the elements to the most BITCHIN’ 80’s inspired gala ever! The Seattle Rep Theater was opened in the 80’s and their new rebrand this season really represented the look of the 80’s... bright colors and fun fonts! So come along as we take a walk through the 80’s in honor of this day. Thank you to the amazing graphic artist, for her amazingly talented work!

I’m laying in my bed right now. At 8am. In the last three years this day has always been stressful, exciting, rewarding, and exhausting... but it was always “the day before gala”.... and that is not happening today. It is amazing how your body is trained though... as last night I dreamed about the gala... and the stress and prep. But mostly... I miss the people. My friends, vendors, coworkers, and the enjoyment and awe we all got to witness in guests faces. To my wonderful team... thank you for the last three years. Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow....for a virtual cheers! @ Seattle Rep
