General information
I do not pre-wash my crochet items because of allergy and specific needs of the customer.
Due to the custom nature of my product I can not accept returns. My goal is to be sure that every product that leaves my hands, meet the highest standards. If you have any questions or concerns, email me at [email protected].
Because most items are made to order, your item will not be started until payment is received. This helps me keep overstock down. The amount of time it takes to fill an order depends on what the item is. I make every effort to keep the turn around to a minimum. All ready to ship items will be shipped within 5 business days AFTER payment is received.
