We were excited to welcome a high school student to Mears Engineering today for a job-shadowing experience!

From seeing projects come to life to learning how engineers tackle challenges every day, she got a behind-the-scenes look at what a career in engineering is all about. Experiences like these help students connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities and discover paths they may never have considered.

We're proud to support the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders. Thank you for spending the day with us—we can't wait to see where your journey takes you!

Monday means a fresh start and new opportunities. As we begin another week, we're looking forward to meeting again, collaborating with our partners, and continuing progress on the projects that help strengthen our communities.

I started this journey July 4 2020 and fixing to celebrate my 6th year in business and gaining my independence!
