We all need at least one safe place where we can be honest about our emotions and our experiences.ββββββββββββββββββSafe spaces can look like:
1. Spending daily time with your thoughts whether through journaling, art mediums, mindful walking, or grounding practices.
2. Weekly therapy.
3. Talking with a trusted confidant.
4. Being out in nature.
5. Religious & spiritual practices such as worship, prayer, and meditation.
