Chinchillas! What, Where, and How
Pretty good video with information about chinchillas. Off the top of my head I wouldn't argue with much about it, except that I wouldn't recommend raisins at all, and would give some better treat advice, and I would say that 1-2 tablespoons of food daily may not be enough for some and they should always have food available.
