Freezing Temps. Don't 4get 2 disconnect garden hoses and turning valves off in basement 2 prevent damage and save money. If you leave the hose attached to the faucet outside, water can remain in the section of pipe beyond the sillcock valve. If it freezes the pipe can still burst.

Lmfao 2days Smitty lesson holds true blue. There's always more then one way 2 skin a cat. Like getting this 32 foot extension ladder inside an impossible house other than through a window and rigging up ladders as seen in pictures to get this customers tight narrow ceiling and walls painted lol. Thoughts and prayers ppaalleease.

Safety repair on a customers air conditioning that was causing black mold within and on interior /exterior wall. Not good to breathe as it causes sinus infections, respiratory problems or possibly death. So I'm getting, replacing with new air conditioner, then installing new insulation and sheetrock, then getting back to painting the rooms.
