Hello Victory MMA students-
As we all enter this trying time, the instructors here at Victory would like the opportunity to provide our students with some much needed training videos. We will begin shooting real soon and hopefully have these videos in your hands by Friday or Saturday of this week. Our goal is to make sure our students aren’t sitting around idle all day without activity, after all an active lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle. We will be putting out a few videos each day with different materials for you to learn and practice.
In the meantime, let’s make sure we stay active by taking a walk or a short run. Practice your jumping jacks, sit-ups and push ups just like we do in the classes together. Look out for an email or a text message with these videos soon.
