How cool is this? Mark Sussino drove his small block street car to Island Dragway to test for the upcoming 2019 Hot Rod Drag Week. In the picture you can see his popular Grand Prix with his trailer in tow, yes trailer. Mark wanted to make one last shakedown pass before embarking on the grueling Hot Rod Drag Week. 8 seconds later he packed up his stuff and is ready for the open road. Music to our ears. 790 hp from a 23° headed small block Chevy on alcohol is a great way to end our Tuesday. Steve and Arlene Russell will be putting this motor in their gorgeous Vega. Best of luck to some of the best racers and people in the sport.

Monday’s are always tough after a holiday weekend. But when you get a text from Peter Biondo letting you know that he won with your motor, our Monday just got a lot better.
9.60’s at 3100 pounds in 4000’ of air with a small block Chevy.

....not the worst way to spend your weekend. Donny Algieri took home $5,000 from Numidia Dragway over the weekend. Well done sir, we are proud of you. Make drag racing great again!
