I don’t really care to post much - I prefer to be a voyeur… but, I’ve been pretty excited about these pieces and became obsessed with the aluminum art centers as a “theme” for each piece. Bigfoot and “Lolo” are spoken for. Working on more “Celtic/gaelic/Wheel of the Year” pieces now. All are 15” birch rounds (1/2” thick) handpainted with the exception of the center of course. Just finished these two sunset themed mandalas. Inspiration from Demi Thoughtful Dots Bali Sunset master class. Her classes and weekly coaching have completely changed my confidence and level of painting! Can’t thank her enough.

The large mirrored painting is 22” (1/2” thick). The smaller one from the same palette is 12” (1/2” thick). They truly have the colors of a Fall sunset in Idaho.

Welcome to Toby’s Dots! My name is Dana (Toby was my amazing fur baby and inspiration). I hand paint mandalas through “dotting” with acrylic paints. All the pieces (listed in the photos and posts below) are original hand painted by me right here in Eagle, Idaho. I love to do original pieces for people with their personal selection of colors.
