Hello Clients! How’s everyone .. hang tight . We will get through this ❤️
For those who are feeling the stress already (aren’t we all) and can’t get to me until this is all over, here’s a few tips :
*If your shoulders are hurting , warm a towel and put it on your shoulder.
*If your body is feeling achy , fill a tub with warm/hot water put a cup or two of epsom salt and sit in there for 30 mins.
*For all my migraine headache clients , grab a frozen bag of veggies and place over your eyes. You can place a small face towel on the bottom of the frozen bag so that your face doesn’t hurt with the coldness. I’ve also wet a small face towel and placed in freezer to help relieve headaches/migraines .
You can also put pressure on your hand between your thumb and index finger.
* my sciatica clients, (some of you I’ve showed you the crossing of your leg , and pulling your knee up to your chest) you can also grab a tennis ball and place on ground. Roll on it , or use a roller .
* my anxiety clients 😢 we are in this together... take some time alone , sit in a room and take a deep breathe. If the quarantine has made you a little antsy take a drive and listen to your favorite music, drink a glass of wine, watch your favorite tv show, go for a walk!
