Things to know about the photos and the sesh (this is not an exhaustive list):

·Everyone must sign a contract with the full details before the photo shoot. (Even though no one likes contracts, but its for the best.)�

·All photos are in electronic format only. You have full rights to print the pictures as you please. I retain copyrights for all photographs and grant you the unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use, reproduce, print, or post your photos.�

·With that being said, you cannot sell, crop, or alter EDITED pictures in any way. You may only edit unedited pictures (if purchased).�

·There are no available props. If you’d like to bring some along, feel free. If not, it’s just you or your family and the camera at a location.�

·You can pick the spot or I can, whichever you prefer.�

·Feel free to share your pictures on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
�
·I have a particular style of editing photos and do best for certain occasions, so don’t feel hurt if I refer you somewhere else and I won’t be hurt if you look somewhere else. I just want you to have the best possible photos. These are memories you want to keep forever, look for what suits your needs best!�

·Photos are usually done in less then a week, but I have up to 30 days to give them to you.�

·Although a non-refundable initial payment of 50% is required to hold your spot for the photo shoot in case of a cancellation, in the event that you don’t like ANY of the photos taken, no photos will be given and there’s no need to pay the remainder. I believe you should pay for something of value and something you expect. No one wants to pay for photos that are #trash.�
