⭐LMA Essentials Standard Business Policy

1. Deposit Requirement

A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required on all custom orders over $100.
Work on your order begins only after the deposit has been received.

2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or before shipment.
Orders will not be released, shipped, or delivered until the balance is paid in full.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final.
Because each item is custom-made, LMA Essentials does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Order Corrections

If a correction is needed due to customer error (incorrect size, spelling, color choice, etc.), adjustments can be made for an additional fee.
Fees vary depending on the type of correction required.

5. Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, proofs, and order details before production. Approval confirms accuracy.

6. Turnaround Time

Production time varies based on order size and design complexity. Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time of ordering.

7. Communication

All order updates, approvals, and payment confirmations will be communicated through the customer’s preferred contact method.
