NCLMBT#3434: A sanctuary for rest, embodiment, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

08/06/2026

💚A Little Heads-Up from the Temple🖤
I’ll be taking some much-needed time away to rest, recharge, and fill my own cup from August 12–20. The Temple will be closed during that time, and I’ll return refreshed and ready to continue supporting your healing journey.
If you’ve been thinking, “I really need to book a massage,” or your body has been whispering (or shouting!) that it needs some care, I have a few appointments available before I leave. This is a wonderful time to come in for a myofascial release session, orthopedic massage, Reiki, a botanical body wrap, yoni steam, or simply an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
And if we don’t see each other before then, I hope you give yourself permission to rest while I’m away, too. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause.
I look forward to seeing you soon—and to welcoming you back after August 20.
🌿 Be well, and take good care of yourselves.

Welcome to Temple of healing and wellness in Durham. I’m a trauma-informed bodyworker, and my work centers around helping women reconnect with their bodies after years or sometimes decades of living primarily in their heads. I combine myofascial release, botanical therapies, nervous system work, energy work, and somatic shadow work to create experiences that help women slow down, feel safe in their bodies again, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I think our bodies often know things long before our minds do. During sessions, the body has an incredible way of revealing emotions, patterns, or stories that are ready to be seen. My role isn’t to fix anyone – it’s to help create enough safety that people can hear what their own body has been trying to tell them.

Mixing up a body wrap formulation from scratch is so much more satisfying than the alternative.

Temples were maintained by the Priestesses who served them. When I decided on the new name, it meant taking on the responsibility of weekly cleaning. I take that responsibility seriously. Dusting, watering plants, wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping. Then blessing the space. 💚🖤

What if your nervous system had two uninterrupted hours where no one needed anything from you?

This week I have room for a few people who need exactly that.

• Wednesday 1:30-4pm 🌿
• Thursday 1-4:30 pm 🌿
• Friday 1:30-4pm🌿

Booking link in the comments.

“I celebrate my achievements, big and small and acknowledge my growth.”

Something we all need to be doing. 💚🖤

Something Sacred Has Arrived…

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like another appointment.

Sometimes healing looks like slowing down long enough to remember who you were before the world told you to disconnect from yourself.

Over the past year I’ve been quietly creating something entirely new.

Not simply new services…
but entirely new experiences.

• Botanical Body Wrap Rituals🌿
• Temple Embodiment Experiences🔥
• Yoni Steaming Rituals🌹

Each experience was created with one intention:

To help women soften.

To help the nervous system finally exhale.

To reconnect body, spirit, sensuality, and inner wisdom.

This isn’t a spa day.

This is sacred rest.

This is remembering yourself.

Over the next several weeks I’ll be sharing each offering in more detail.

I cannot wait to welcome you into the Temple.
