Earlier this month, NWS headed to Las Vegas to exhibit at Connected Digital Infrastructure Association Real Estate & Digital Infrastructure Summit. Our SVP & Head of Direct Sales, Vick Kissoon, took the stage to join the summit panel and share his perspective on how real estate owners can do more with every dollar invested.

💡 Key points from the discussion:

• Monetizing infrastructure (fiber, conduit, power, test & measurement) across property types by putting existing assets to work
• Smarter data and monitoring to catch issues early and manage systems more effectively
• Rising demand for last-mile connectivity, and being selective about where it truly adds value
• Energy generation and storage becoming new, monetizable assets for owners

The big takeaway? It's not about building more. It's about understanding the market and economics well enough to unlock the value already sitting in your assets.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, and to the organizers for providing the platform.
