First major progression photography contract is almost complete. Keeping a photo record of this building grow from the foundations up has been a positive experience.

Still working on Construction progress contracts and the Dead season equivalent of Real estate shots, and still pleasing all customers with great service and Photography. So thanks again to the wonderful people that check up on the Company page and always feel free to ask for appraisals plus local discount.

So sorry that none of the beautify pics are being posted right now. At this time the majority of pics are contracted construction shots that are taken once a month to show progress to the Owners. During the spring, the real estate shots will look great with the trees in full bloom. Thanks to everyone that checks on progress or this company page😁

During the winter months the real estate photography slows so Canopy View has been focused on construction progress photos. We will still accept other jobs or give appraisals since the we are operating as normal. And also a late HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY to everyone!

Progress shots for the owner of this property being built by Resolute construction in Durham. These will be taken once a month until the job is complete.

Canopy View has been busy with established agents, commercial contractors and contract work, some of wich we dont have the proper permissions to post pictures to the page. Canopy View continues to grow and any interested parties can still get in contact through the information on this page. Thank you to all the support. The majority of Canopy Views work comes through networking but we recognize the need to update photos on this page for example shots so we should be working on posting more in the future. Canopy View has not posted any work or comments recently because we are in talks for a bigger project. Business can require patience and it will be well worth it if negotiations keep moving foward. This has also put a pause on the Canopy View website. Canopy View is still taking jobs in the mean time. Either way, Canopy View will be moving foward in a great way as one of North Carolinas first certified drone/UAS photography companies. Thank you to the supporters and anyone that may be interested.

It wont be live for a few days but the Canopy View domain is owned and the website is in the works. Canopy View is over a year old and its time to start going big with the hollywood production level Inspire 2 drone using the top of the line zenmuse X5S camera and now a website, especially when you have one of the best working on it ( my sister Cheyenne Smith ) No nepotism, just the truth. She is a genius.
