This is absolutely unacceptable, ridiculous, and insane. We fly every week for this Documentary, and has damaged our DIT gear case 3 times in 3 weeks! We haven’t even got the first check yet, what the hell?!

So, somehow managed to lose the hinges off my travel case rendering it useless, so got a new upgraded case. Some how it’s 2 pounds heavier.
