With the weather starting to warm up, it's easy to be discouraged about your travel plans being affected by COVID-19. Remember, you can still have your dream mountain vacation and make a positive impact on a small community. Instead of cancelling, just postpone your trip!

Durango Red Cliff Properties is Proud to Join Premier Vacation Rental Group in Partnering with Homeowners to Offer Practically Free Lodging for Families and Individuals Adversely Impacted by COVID-19.

The intent of this temporary program is to bolster the resources available within the communities in which we operate by providing immediate free lodging in available owner-donated properties. Members of our communities who may qualify for the program including the following individuals:

• Local emergency responders

• Medical professionals and military personnel assisting with emergency response efforts

• Family members who are the primary caregivers or those who share living space with other family members in the highly sensitive population demographic who are ill or are required to interact with the public on a regular basis due to the nature of their profession

• Relatives of patients who live in our markets - Some people may have to travel into our markets to care for loved ones affected by this virus who may be having medical issues currently or in the near-term. This unexpected travel can be expensive and challenging

• People who require isolation and who cannot remain in their usual home

• Teachers

• Other qualified individuals on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, individuals who have a lodging per diem as part of their organizational efforts do not qualify in this category, but will qualify for highly discounted rates.

The above offerings are subject to terms and conditions which may be provided upon request. All applicants will be required to undergo a thorough screening process which includes but is not limited to a background check.
