So many women spend their lives staying productive, emotionally responsible, and mentally “on” that they rarely notice how disconnected they’ve become from themselves underneath it all.
This month’s Wild New Way Women’s Collective gathering with guest speaker Anne Bartlett offers a grounded space to reconnect with yourself through movement, reflection, embodied awareness, and meaningful connection with other women.
Anne’s work gently helps women slow down enough to notice what their bodies, emotions, and relationships may already be trying to communicate.
Come join us. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and present with yourself and others in a more honest and embodied way.

A lot of people who are known as “the nice one” are not actually being fully themselves.
They have simply become very practiced at staying agreeable, emotionally easy to be around, and available for everyone else’s needs.
Over time, that role can slowly disconnect a person from their own anger, truth, boundaries, and deeper emotional life.
From a Jungian perspective, the parts of ourselves we keep pushing away do not disappear.
They move into the shadow and often return as resentment, exhaustion, emotional numbness, or relationship struggles that are hard to explain.
The work is not becoming less caring.
The work is learning how to stay kind without abandoning yourself in the process.
If you are noticing old relationship patterns, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty speaking honestly about what you need, this is important work to explore.

“Cindy has a beautiful gift of holding such a compassionate, kind, and patient space for her clients as they explore their edges. Wrestling with your own ego to recognize your own unconscious conditioning is a challenging task, but Cindy really knows how to guide you so you can see the shadow work that needs to be done and what might be in your blind spots (the whole reason a coach is so necessary!). I couldn't recommend Cindy more if you truly want to not only get to know yourself on a deep level but love yourself on a deep level.” - Kelly
One of the things I care most about in this work is creating a space where people can explore themselves honestly without shame or pressure to have everything figured out.
Shadow work asks us to look at the patterns, reactions, and blind spots that quietly shape our lives and relationships. That process can feel uncomfortable at times, but it can also open the door to deeper self-awareness, emotional empowerment, and a more grounded connection to yourself.
Thank you, Kelly, for your trust and for sharing your experience so openly.
You do not have to keep repeating the same unconscious patterns. Book your free clarity session here: https://loom.ly/f2RxJuI

Many women are surrounded by people all day long and still feel deeply disconnected underneath the surface.

Whether you’re new to town, navigating changes in relationships, feeling emotionally exhausted, or simply craving deeper connection and community, the Wild New Way Women’s Collective was created for spaces exactly like this.

This month, the Wild New Way Women’s Collective is honored to welcome guest speaker Anne Bartlett for a grounded and experiential gathering exploring trust, support, connection, and embodied awareness.
Anne Bartlett is a licensed clinical social worker, movement therapist, and Artistic Director of 20MOONS dance theater company in Durango. Through guided movement, reflection, and experiential exploration, her work helps women reconnect with themselves and others in a more honest, relational, and grounded way.
Many women spend so much time analyzing emotions, navigating relationships, and carrying responsibility that they slowly lose connection with what they are actually feeling underneath the surface.
This gathering offers a different kind of space. A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience a more meaningful connection with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No movement or dance experience is needed.
Come join us. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and aware of yourself in a way that is often difficult to access in everyday life.

Some stories of remembrance are woven through history. Others live quietly in our own families. In this heartfelt guest reflection, Cindy Schmidt - Wild New Way - shares memories of her father’s military service, the questions left unasked, and the way understanding deepens over time. A thoughtful Memorial Day read about love, legacy, and the stories we carry forward.

“The quality of your mind determines the quality of your life.” - Sam Harris
Many people focus so much on changing external circumstances that they rarely stop to notice the condition of their inner world.
At the same time, the way we think, react, interpret experiences, and relate to ourselves deeply shapes how life feels emotionally and psychologically.
When the mind is constantly overwhelmed by fear, pressure, resentment, distraction, or unconscious patterns, even outward success can feel emotionally empty.
From a Jungian perspective, self-awareness matters because it helps people begin recognizing the patterns and inner dynamics quietly shaping their lives beneath the surface.
A more grounded and meaningful life often begins with becoming more conscious of what is happening within you.

Sometimes the hardest part of change is not knowing whether you’re truly ready.
You may feel something shifting internally. You may sense that a different direction is calling you, yet still find yourself waiting for more certainty, more confidence, or a clearer sign before you move.
Our next Wild New Way Women’s Collective gathering with guest speaker Lorisha Ionno is a space for women who are navigating transition, inner change, or the feeling that something new is trying to emerge in their lives.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to recognize the “green lights” already present within you and how to begin moving forward even before everything feels perfectly figured out.
This conversation is grounded, honest, and supportive. You do not need to have everything together to join us.
