Graduation Day! Narrow Gate is excited to announce the graduation of 12 pastors and leaders from our Co-Mission Institute. These pastors and church leaders spent 2 years training and learning how to build a disciple-making culture in their church. Their Implementation Plan Presentations were amazing, and we can’t wait to see all that the Lord will do in their spheres of influence. Now it’s on to Year 3, where they will receive one-on-one mentoring as they put their plans into action!

Coach Spotlight – Connie McIntyre✨
With a background leading and developing hundreds of people in her corporate career, Connie quickly discovered the power of assessments to bring clarity and connection to teams. By helping individuals better understand how they think and work, she created stronger, more unified environments.
Today, as part of our coaching cohort serving pastors through the Co-Mission Institute, she brings that same passion into every conversation.
She believes deeply in the value of a coach with an objective perspective—someone to help identify blind spots and walk alongside others on their journey. More than anything, she loves building meaningful relationships and supporting pastors as they grow. Leading each conversation with warmth, wisdom, and compassion.
