Cyber Defense Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Consultant to support a government customer in Lexington, Kentucky.

This role will conduct Tactical Operations Engineering & Verification, supporting functional testing, technical evaluations, system integration, and validation of information security controls and remediations. The position plays an important role in ensuring sensor systems meet functional requirements, support the RMF process, and maintain the technical standards necessary to gain and sustain ATO.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in Signals Intelligence, sensor system operations, hardware and software testing, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and support for real-world operational environments.

Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance
Citizenship Required: U.S. Citizen

Cyber Defense Technologies Summer 2026 Cyber & IT Internship Program

Cyber Defense Technologies is pleased to announce the Summer 2026 Cyber & IT Internship Program, designed to provide participants with a broad introduction to the cybersecurity and information technology industry, business applications of technology, functional support requirements, and potential career pathways.

The program will run from July 7 through August 14, 2026, with instructional sessions held primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participants should expect approximately 50–60 total hours of instruction, assignments, and related activities covering cybersecurity fundamentals, IT concepts and operations, business applications, organizational support functions, and career opportunities in cyber and IT.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Interested individuals must submit a resume no later than June 18, 2026.
