ROAR Dubuque

We are a non profit organization that works along with the Dubuque Police Department to help reward those kids caught doing Great Things!

We work along with the Dubuque Police Department. The police hand out small incentives to kids they see doing Great Things! This program will make kids realize that all it takes is getting caught being good and helping other and they will receive rewards. The rewards will be certificates to local businesses.
