Randstad is helping Alpla find mechanically inclined apprentices for the new apprenticeship program! This is an exciting time for those just graduating high school or someone looking to change career paths!

Did you know that ALPLA launched a paid apprenticeship program open to young adults looking to jumpstart their careers?

This Iowa-based Apprenticeship Program is designed to empower young talent and foster growth within our organization. All ALPLA's apprentices will work closely with our Iowa team and earn an Associate degree in Mechatronics and German certificate from our education partners, Kirkwood Community College and ICATT.

Dedicated Trainers will also act as mentors as each apprentice navigates creating their own career path within ALPLA. Accepted applicants must be willing to re-locate to IOWA for the duration of the program and be open to work at any ALPLA location upon completion of the program.

Duration: 3 years
