We are wishing our community peace, joy and connection during this meaningful time. May you feel supported, grounded and surrounded by care wherever you are. ✨✨🌙

You don’t have to wait until you completely fall apart to ask for support.
💙Burnout is reason enough. 💙

03/09/2026

So many people feel guilty for struggling.

“I shouldn’t feel this way.”
“Others have it worse.”
“I should be able to handle this.”

But your feelings are valid even when your life looks good from the outside.

Two things can be true at once.
You can be grateful and overwhelmed.
And you don’t have to navigate that alone.

03/05/2026

Some people carry anxiety very quietly.

They succeed.
They stay organized.
They rarely let things fall apart.

But behind the scenes there can be racing thoughts, pressure, and the constant feeling of needing to do more.

High-functioning anxiety is real.
And you don’t have to manage it alone.

At GentlePsych, we’re here to help you find space to breathe again. 💚

A space created with care, comfort, and you in mind💜
From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel safe, seen and supported

03/03/2026

Some people are so used to being the strong one
that they forget they’re allowed to feel tired.

If you’re the one everyone leans on…
when was the last time you had space to lean?

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to ask for support.
Sometimes healing starts with simply being heard.

If this resonates, we’re here. 🤍

This Thanksgiving week, we’re focusing on gratitude, the gentle kind.

Not the “be grateful no matter what” pressure, but the soft recognition of how far you’ve come.

Here are a few things to give thanks for today:
✨ Your capacity to heal, even when progress feels slow
✨ The resilience you didn’t realize you had
✨ The rest your mind and body needed (and deserved)

Healing isn’t linear, but every step counts.
We’re thankful for you, for showing up, trying again, and taking care of yourself in the ways you can.

💛 What’s one thing you’re grateful for this week?

As the days get shorter and temperatures drop, many people begin to notice shifts in their mood and energy, sometimes more than they expect.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that follows the seasons, most commonly appearing in late fall and winter.

Symptoms can include:
• Low mood
• Fatigue or sluggishness
• Oversleeping or insomnia
• Loss of interest in usual activities

These changes are real, and they often have biological causes such as reduced sunlight, shifts in melatonin, and changes in serotonin levels.

If you or someone you love is struggling with the winter months, know that help is available.
💛 You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Reach out to GentlePsych for compassionate, evidence-based support.
