❌ Copy-pasting AI output without reviewing it
AI can sound confident even when it’s inaccurate or outdated. Always treat its response as a draft. Read it, fact-check when needed, and adjust it to fit your voice, audience, and goal.

❌ Using vague or lazy prompts
“Write a caption” or “make this better” usually leads to generic results. AI needs direction. The quality of what you get depends heavily on how clear, specific, and intentional your prompt is. Better prompts = better output.

❌ Sharing sensitive or confidential information
Client details, private data, or anything confidential should never be dropped into AI tools. When needed, remove names or identifying details before prompting.

❌ Over-automating creative or strategic decisions
AI can help brainstorm and organize ideas, but it doesn’t understand your business, your audience, or your values the way you do. When AI does all the thinking, the result often feels flat and disconnected.
