We’re excited to spotlight Shipley Donuts – Dripping Springs, proudly opened in March 2025 and owned by Marc & Jenn Cortez and Cyon Williams. This community-centered shop serves fresh, made-from-scratch donuts, kolaches, and coffee every morning—hand-cut and glazed fresh daily, just like the Shipley classics Texans have loved for over 85 years.
More than a donut shop, Shipley’s is a gathering place where families connect, neighbors catch up, and warm traditions are made. They’re also passionate about giving back through local schools, youth sports, and community events.
