Beehive Dog Training

These sweet ladies are getting their exercise with us this week while their owner is recovering from a recent surgery. We are always happy to help our beehive ❤️🐝🐝

The biggest goal for her new parents, is potty training!

A couple tips for potty training:
✨ go outside on a leash- help that puppy focus. 🧠
✨ use a kennel when you don’t have eyes on your puppy 👁️
✨ use a kennel that is just big enough, but not too big- they will go potty in their kennel if they can!
✨ stick to a schedule! ⏰

Muzzles!! What a great tool for dogs that are so unsure of each other and people. We love to utilize muzzles to build up relationships safely.

These two cuties are doing our one week puppy introduction home school. Here we work on basic skills, such as crate training, potty training, play (lots of play) and introduction to the leash. 🐶

Alfred was adopted a month ago and his family got him in quickly. He has been so happy to be out and about learning everyday!

Believe it or not, that Bernese mountain dog is 10 months and off leash! Learning how to appropriately play and interact and come back. 😁

Bailey! This sweet lady is fearful, she shows such with submissive peeing, hiding, growling when cornered and barking at strange noises and people.

Confidence is built by learning. Learning how to trust the owner, learning new things and learning how to be calm in the chaos of the world.

Star is a 5 month old lab/heeler mix. She’s sweet and happy like a lab, sociable with people and dogs. She’s hard working and a little spicy like a heeler and will need a person to decide what’s right and wrong, as she would like to take control.
She’d be perfect for a family that wants to go hiking or camping, we’ve already begun long line work and recall work with her. Bonus if you want to do nosework or lure coursing with her as she’s tried both and has aptitude for both.
She is crate trained and house broken.
She will come with a free week of training through Beehive Dog Training.
