We are THRILLED with the engagement of our community "Dialogue to Development" meeting tonight.

We had community members' voices from all over: all three counties represented, residents, business owners, young adults, university, and organization representatives sharing their perspective on Kent County - like where we can revitalize, what we can build, and who we can serve.

Thank you to Delaware Community Foundation and Dover Public Library for your support of this crucial conversation. And thank you to our attendees who brought their questions, visions, and requests, so we can take collective action and make a real impact.

We can't wait to invite speakers, mentors, and aspiring developers to our Summer cohort.

Did you know there are spaces across Delaware that can be cleaned up and developed with state and federal assistance? They're called Brownfields, and Jumpstart Kent County just had a great call about Brownfields and the TAB program which empowers all sorts of investors to rejuvenate properties.
