Today was such a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do 🌿✨

I had the honor of being a speaker at , and it was truly an incredible experience. From sharing ā€œgarden to glassā€ inspiration to connecting with so many amazing people in the community—my heart is full.

There’s something special about being in a space where sustainability, creativity, and culture all come together.

Huge thank you to my dear friend for the invitation and for curating such a thoughtful and impactful event. You did an amazing job—this was my first GreenFest, but definitely not my last šŸ’š

So grateful to everyone who attended, especially for capturing my talk and to my cute helper šŸ’•

Blessed for every opportunity to share, connect, and pour into spaces that celebrate growth—in the garden and in life.

Feeling a little green today… in the best way šŸ’ššŸŒæ

There’s something so fresh and vibrant about a board filled with green goodness—crisp cucumbers, juicy grapes, creamy avocado, sweet kiwi… simple ingredients, beautiful together.

For me, this is what it’s about—taking what’s fresh, what’s growing, what’s in season (or in your fridge šŸ˜‰) and turning it into something that feels special.

Swipe for a few easy green food ideas you can mix and match to create your own St. Patrick’s Day board ā˜˜ļøāœØ

Whether you’re hosting, snacking, or just playing in the kitchen—let it be fun, let it be easy, and let it be delicious.

My family and I spent our Sunday morning at the U-Pick at Three Son Farms LLC in Dover, Florida, and it was such a beautiful way to start the day. Rows and rows of strawberry plants, the sunshine, and the simple joy of picking fruit straight from the field.ā¤ļøšŸ“

There’s something special about slowing down and being close to where your food comes from. You take your time, search for the ripest berries, and before you know it… your basket is overflowing. šŸ˜…

We may have gotten a little carried away and came home with two big boxes of strawberries, which means the kitchen is about to get so busy.

Some will be eaten fresh (because strawberries rarely make it home untouched). Some will go in the freezer to make smoothies. And some will be perfect for my homemade strawberry chia jam—one of my favorite ways to enjoy fresh picked strawberries.

If you’re local, I definitely recommend visiting in Dover. In addition to strawberries, they have so many local goodies in their store. I picked up some of their homemade mango preserves and apple butter. We also cool down with their homemade milkshakes. Everyone was super friendly, and the customer service is excellent! šŸ“

What would you make with a box of freshly picked strawberries?

I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at Tampa GreenFest 2026 this spring. 🌿

My session, ā€œFrom Garden to Glass: Creating Beverage Bars from Your Harvest,ā€ will explore how herbs, fruits, and edible flowers from your garden can be transformed into refreshing homemade beverages and beautiful drink bars.

This topic combines two things I love—gardening and creating experiences around food and drinks that bring people together.

šŸ“… Sunday, March 29
ā° 11:00 AM

If you’re attending GreenFest, I’d love for you to join the session!
