Hi, I'm Allison; thanks for visiting my page! As some of you may know, I used to bake custom cakes and cupcakes prior to having our youngest and moving to our farm and I missed it! While I am still happy to take traditional cake orders through Kakes with Kailyn I am excited to launch my new baby... No Cheat Sweets!
Over the past few years we've been trying to cut down on gluten and sugar as part of our wellness journey and we discovered there's not a ton of fresh, home-made options out there. So, armed with my love of baking I decided to dip my whisk into the world of Keto baking and it's been great! I am excited to roll out some really yummy recipes that people have said "taste normal" (high praise for something gluten free & sugar free 😆). They are a healthier option as well as being allergy & diabetic friendly. For now I will be selling "keto" goodies (gluten free, low carb, sugar free) but hope to branch out to Paleo soon and can take special request orders in the mean time (ie: paleo, dairy free, nut free, ect).
