Daily Update -- Bob & friends are tapping, collecting, and repairing - weather is just what it should be this time of year for a fabulous season! If you live in the area, watch the sap in the roadside tanks -- and watch for the boiling to begin. Takes over 2500 gallons just to start the evaporator -- getting close -- watch for it!!!! This is the time of year that Bob will have the biggest smile on his face!!!
