One month later.
Still not pretty. But I'm still working
I'm down 46lbs and I'm grateful to be able to walk 10k steps a day.

The leg isn’t “fixed,” but it’s a working process
The work didn’t stop. Neither did I.

Today’s workout was about control, not chaos.

Last week I was running all my upper-body machines at 50 lbs. After a two-day rest, I came back today and increased the weight across the board.

• Chest: 100 lbs
• Shoulder press: 70 lbs
• Seated row: 70 lbs
• Pulldown: 70 lbs
All 3 sets of 10, smooth and controlled.

Between the first two sets of each machine, I walked over to the heavy bag and did 30–60 seconds of light boxing to keep my heart rate up. After the third set, I rested and moved on. Nothing rushed. Nothing sloppy.

The goal wasn’t to be exhausted — it was to move better, breathe better, and leave feeling lighter than I walked in.

Strength went up. Conditioning stayed steady. Recovery felt clean.

One day at a time. Progress done the right way. 💪🏾

46 lbs down.
Started at 568 lbs → currently 522 lbs.

As I continue losing weight, I’m going to show how my macros change at different bodyweights.

Calories, protein, carbs, and fats don’t stay the same forever — they shift as bodyweight comes down.
So I’ll be sharing macro charts and adjustments as I move toward 450 lbs, showing why things change and when they change.

This isn’t random or guessing.
It’s planned adjustments based on bodyweight.

If you want to see:
• how my macros evolve
• what changes at each weight range
• how I adapt without stalling

check the comments and you'll see my charts

This is about learning your body, not just losing weight.
Progress with structure. For clarity:
I’m sharing how my macros change as my bodyweight changes.

These numbers are tailored to me—my size, my activity, my metabolism, and what I’m doing right now.
They may work for someone else, but every body is different.
