Our Story
Carolyn started the business in 1983 by handmaking everything that she sold. Her inventory consisted of wreaths and arrangements that were made with dried cornhusks. She dyed the husks with many beautiful colors and made flowers from them! As the business grew, making everything by hand wasn’t possible. Each year the inventory expanded with unique hand-picked items! Carolyn still designs the wreaths and beautiful arrangements today, just not from cornhusks. She now runs the store with her daughter, Anita and granddaughter, Maddie.
As a woman of faith, Carolyn loves each one of her customers and treats them like family. She sees many return customers year after year. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, yet remain committed to performing even better.
