Hello everyone! I have some news that could be sad or exciting, depending on how you look at it. I have recently decided to pull my kids out of public school and start homeschooling. I've made the tough decision to stop taking orders for the next few weeks while my family and I adjust to this new schedule and make this transition. I plan to return to business as usual by October 12th, in plenty of time for everyone to get their orders in for the holiday season!! Sorry for the short notice, but I hope to hear from everyone again in October.

I'm happy to announce that Sweetie Pies will be at the Riverwalk Festival in Newport on August 7th!! We'll have whoopie pies, cookies, and our famous massive brownie whoopie pies. Please stop in to see us and try some! Look for our purple Sweetie Pies sign.

The Festival is coming August 7! Raffle tickets for kayak packages sponsored by Bowman Contractors and Sebasticook Valley Federal Credit Union available now at the Chamber of Commerce (in parking lot Walmart), the Newport Town office, Studio 160, The Riverwalk Center, Main Street Floral and TJs Jewelry!!!

Sweetie Pies will be at the Whoopie Pie Festival in Dover this Saturday. We'll have some great new flavors along with some of your favorites. Come try our new Black Forest, Boston Cream, or Coconut Lime. Or stop in for our always popular Bismarck, Orange Creamsicle, and Peanut Butter. We'll also have entries for the new category this year, Allen's Coffee Brandy and a Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip for the Healthy whoopie Pie category. Okay, Sweetie Pies fans. The Maine Whoopie Pie Festival in Dover-Foxcroft is on the 23rd of June. I'm getting ready. I'm making a list of flavors to bring with me and here's your chance to weigh in. I'll be bringing Original (of course), Peanut Butter, Orange Creamsicle, Bismarck, and Brownie Whoopie Pies. What else would you like to see at the festival next month? I'm looking for suggestions since I'm having trouble narrowing it down. I was thinking about Strawberry Chocolate Chip, or Raspberry Lemonade, or the new Cookies and Cream, or what about Pumpkin Chocolate Chip? Maybe all of them! What are your favorite flavors?
