How is it almost February?!

I am playing around with a couple of different class times, so check out the app for the full class schedule for February!

M/W/F I will continue to offer the 8:35 AM Express class option.

T/TH/F there is a lunchtime express class option.

I will continue to offer 3-4 Evening classes a week, with a new 5:15 PM Tuesday night class.

There truly is something for every schedule and fitness level!

Merry Christmas! Wishing you all the joy, this Christmas season! In the moments of beautiful chaos, take a brief pause to stop and breathe. It doesn't have to be perfectly orchestrated to be wonderful; show yourself grace, and allow yourself to enjoy the moments you spent so much time and effort into helping create. Please dear friends, don't forget that we are all human, perfectly imperfect; we aren't supposed to have it all together, on our own 🌟.

I have been asked quite a bit lately, why The K5 Wellness?

These people right here. That's why.

I have 5 siblings. All of our names begin with the letter K. Kara, Krista, Kayla, Kalen, Kaitlyn, & Kathryn. I am #5, so K5.

It is a rarity that we have the opportunity to be together, but they are an integral part of who I am today, and some of my greatest supporters in life. All 6 of us have a passion for wellness and a drive to help others be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, from the inside out.

I'm so grateful to those of you that asked. Keep the questions coming 😘!

WHOA! I was blown away by all of your support this week! Please keep in mind, it was definitely a SOFT opening. We are addressing the echo issues and making adjustments with the equipment to improve the flow and functionality!

I am so grateful to have seen so many wonderful kiddos in class this week! For those of you whose kiddos I am just getting to know, please introduce us, so they feel comfortable in the space, too! I will start each class with a short safety briefing if kids are present, just so we are all on the same page :).

Our play area and the outside space will grow exponentially, so please have patience and don't hesitate to ask questions!

Again, thank you so much for your love and support this week (& throughout the years), I'm beyond grateful for each and everyone of you!
